To all the teenagers out there this one is for you!

Yesterday was the most amazing day. I had the incredible opportunity to present my life changing workshop to a group of beautiful teenage girls at El Camino High School.

This is to you girls. Remember who you are. Remember you are the author of your own story. You get to write it exactly the way you want it.

What do you want? Get out your Act as if…Change your Life Journal and write it down. Write it as if it has already happened.

Do an act as if phone call and tell all your friends that life is good. Tell your friends you just met the greatest guy ever and he gets really good grades and he is nice and everybody loves him. Tell your friends that he bought you flowers and he holds your books and tells you, you are beautiful even when you aren’t wearing makeup.

Write him an Act as if…Change your life letter and tell him how much he means to you!!!

You can use this technique in any area of your life. What do you want? Write it down.
